Shipping policy

At K.Azcona Designs, our goal is to provide you the most affordable shipping options using the US Postal Service (USPS).

Products will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.

You will receive a tracking number when your item ships. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control over USPS scanning, transit speed, the condition in which packages arrive, or loss or theft. Should your package arrive damaged or be lost by the carrier, a claim can be filed with USPS.

If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim with USPS immediately but no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

If your item does not arrive at all, you may file a claim no sooner than 15 days after the ship date, and no later than 60 days. Visit usps.com for more information on how to file a claim.
