How do I download my purchased patterns?

You can download your purchased patterns by checking the email you received after your purchase. Alternatively, log into your account on our website, navigate to the Account page, and click on the teal "My Files/Videos Library" button to access your downloads.

I received a message saying there are no downloads remaining for files I purchased. How can I access the files?

The system allows up to 8 downloads per file. If you reach the maximum number of downloads, contact us with either your order number or email address and name of the patterns you're trying to download so we can reset the download limit.

Do you offer sewing tutorials for your patterns?

Yes! Sewing tutorials are available for most patterns. They have been filmed by a variety of experienced sewists in the industry and may include instructions, modifications they've made to the pattern, and tips to enhance your sewing experience. Do you take commissions?

While we don’t take private commissions, we love collaborating with other designers, shop owners, and creatives. Feel free to contact us

Do you offer gift cards?

What is your return policy?

All purchases of patterns, digital products, and physical items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
